Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Royal Skyways, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking flights, promoting our services, and providing top-notch customer support throughout the booking process. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with booking domestic and international flight tickets, providing them with the best options based on their needs and preferences.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, offering guidance on ticket options, flight schedules, pricing, and policies.
• Promote Royal Skyways products and services, including travel packages, seat upgrades, extra baggage, and travel insurance.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the booking system, including customer details, payment information, and flight reservations.
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of their travel journey.
• Stay updated on the latest Royal Skyways promotions, offers, and policies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings and driving upsell opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends to enhance services and offerings.
• Maintain excellent relationships with repeat clients and ensure customer retention through effective communication.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, tourism, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; experience with travel booking systems is a plus.
